The plan is to track and tweak breadmaker recipes until I have a go-to sandwich bread/toast recipe.
- 2 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 cups bread flour
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2T olive oil
- 2 1/4 t active dry yeast
I mixed all ingredients in my breadmaker (Zojirushi BB-CEC20, link: https://www.amazon.com/Zojirushi-BB-CEC20-Supreme-2-Pound-Loaf-Breadmaker/dp/B002XVUAOU) and baked on “basic wheat” preset (3.5 hours).
